Biography

Ambassadors of Christ Choir is a church choir based in Kigali, Rwanda that is affiliated to the Seventh-Day Adventist.

It was founded in 1995 and has since grown to become one of the well-recognized music assemblages in Africa. Speaking to this website, Ambassadors Of Christ Choir said, "Our aim is to spread the message of God through music dance and dramma.

Since its establishment, Ambassadors of Christ Choir has to date recorded over 8 albums. Their 6th album was recorded in July 2015 at Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA) in Kigali. The album features 12 singles, all in Kinyarwanda apart from one song in ‘Kinyankore’.

On 9 May 2011, the choir lost three of its members in a fatal accident that left four other members seriously injured. The accident occurred in neighbouring Tanzania where they had gone to participate in a gospel music show.

Despite this blow Ambassadors of Christ Choir has continued to serve the Lord through Other Album Launches and in different languages.
