Biography

Argentina artist Midel, real name Alexis Gonzalo Vallejos, was born and raised in the Beccar neighborhood. He is a rapper, singer and songwriter.

He became known for participating as a freestyler in the most important underground competitions in Buenos Aires, including El Quinto Escalón, the mythical competition that saw the emergence of various figures that today stand out in the music industry.

At the age of 13, he began to feel a lot of admiration and attraction for freestyle, beginning to attend competitions that took place in different places in Buenos Aires.

At 19 years old, and already a well-known exponent in the freestyle circuit, he manages to capture millions of people in battles like Midel, Frijo vs. Ecko, Dam; video that today has more than 10 million views.

In mid-2017, with influences from hip-hop and rap that he had had since he was a child, added to trap sounds that he had incorporated in recent months, he released his first song called in collaboration with the artists thus beginning his musical career.
